Élevé

(eh - leh - vey): Rise, Lift, Elevate, Build

At Élevé Nutrition and Wellness (ÉNW) our mission is to empower dancers and movers of all kinds to elevate their performance and longevity through evidence-based nutrition counseling and education from a qualified nutrition professional.

We aim to bridge the gap between elite athletic performance and a peaceful relationship with body and food to rise above the noise and help you achieve your goals.

What are ‘movers of all kinds’?

While ÉNW offers a focus on dancer nutrition, we also work with other athletes and exercisers looking to improve their performance. If you’re moving, you’re a mover!

About Molly

Molly Bailey RDN, LD

“Hi there! I’m glad you found your way here.

Long before I became a dietitian, I was a dancer like you. I know firsthand what it’s like to continually strive for perfect technique, make it through long rehearsal days, and feel like everything is riding on this next performance, this next audition, this next meal. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re running on empty, always dealing with injuries, and insecure in your own skin.

That is why I founded Élevé Nutrition and Wellness.

I want dancers to know that they can be elite performers and not feel drained at the end of every day. They can learn to appreciate their body for what it can do, not only how it looks. They can improve their stamina, protect against injuries, and increase career longevity all while making enjoyable, nourishing food choices.”

My nutrition approach is: realistic, intuitive, collaborative, non-judgmental
